What age should my child be to fit in the sleeping bag?
Your baby can start using our sleeping bags from 3 months of age or when they are able to have their arms out.
How do I pay for my order
We accept Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Paypal
For purchases from Willow Baby n Co, we are happy to offer you an exchange within 30 days of receipt provided they meet the following terms:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Items must be returned unused and unwashed, in a sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged.
- We do not offer refunds on products purchased from our sale category but we will be happy to provide an exchange if required
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have an issue or concern with a product you have purchased, please create a return request or contact our friendly customer care team.

Please note - postage label charges for any returns are covered by the purchaser. If you are returning for an exchange, we will post your new item at no additional cost. We are unable to accept unsolicited returns.
What safety standards do you meet?
Willow baby n co products are made to comply with Australian Standards. Some of these requirements include standards and regulations such as AS/NZS 1249-2014
Can I use Willow baby sleeping bags in a car
No, the sleeping bags have not been tested for car safety and are not recommended for use during car travel.
- While in suit mode, all TOGs can be used in a pram with a 5-point harness during walks.
- Make sure there is no space between the harness and your child's body.
