Refund policy

For purchases from Willow Baby n Co, we are happy to offer you a return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt provided they meet the following terms:

• Items must be returned unused and unwashed, in a sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged.

• We do not offer refunds on products purchased from our sale category but we will be happy to provide an exchange if required

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

If you have an issue or concern with a product you have purchased, please create a return request or contact our friendly customer care team.

Please note - postage label charges for any returns are covered by the purchaser. If you are returning for an exchange, we will post your new item at no additional cost. We are unable to accept unsolicited returns.
